Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Mondial offer a simple low cost solution for your lighting maintenance, ideally suited to a manager who has many services to manage. Our qualified engineers will visit your sites anywhere in the UK at pre arranged and regular intervals and will change the lamps and fittings that have failed.
Because our engineers will visit on a regular pre set basis we would be able to carry out other electrical tasks during the visits. This will save you money by not being charged for call outs from other companies. You can therefore make the best possible use of our engineer’s time and arrange for many different tasks to be completed during our visit.
Access to high places can be difficult and costly particularly inside a building. We solve this problem by equipping our engineers with A framed ladders which can easily and safely be taken inside a building to gain access to ceilings up to 4.5 metres.

Can I change the frequency of my PPM visits once its underway?
Yes – Mondial will review this with you as part of our regular account meetings.
Can I add extra services to my PPM such as testing?
